Hong Kong, 12th November, 1930.

Having the honour to acknowledge receipt of

your letter of the 30th October, in reply to mine of

recognize the existing licences for carrying passengers

granted by the Harbour Master of Macau to the S/S "Wing

Lee" and S/S "Lima" on the distinct understanding that

the recognition of these two permits will not be

considered as a precedent unless in compliance with

the laws of this Colony and until a Convention has

been signed between Great Britain and Portugal.

I have the honour to be,

Sir,

Your obedient servant,

(sd.) Cerveria de Albuquerque.

To

The Hon. Harbour Master of Hong Kong.

Consul General for Portugal.
